DELIVERY POLICY

We undertake to despatch your order within 7 business days. We will confirm delivery of your order via email or call.

DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

We ship online orders within Singapore only. To assure quick reliable delivery, we deliver all orders to Non-P.O.Box addresses during weekday between 9am-6pm.

RECIPIENT NOT AT HOME
|
|

If the recipient is not at home when your delivery is made, a calling card will be left at the door or in the letterbox asking you to call our customer service representative at +65-62782188 to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery arrangement. (A SGD15 charge may be incurred for redelivery). The timing for re-delivery will also be affected with some orders not able to be redelivered until the following day.
Note: We guarantee delivery of our products to your doorstep. Please provide specific instructions regarding delivery alternatives if this condition is not likely to be suitable.

DELIVERY CHARGES

We provide FREE DELIVERY for order SGD150.00 and above (inclusive of GST). A delivery fee of SGD15.00 will incur for order below SGD100.00, and SGD10 for order above SGD100.00 and SGD150.00 below, all products within a single order will be made in one delivery.

SELF COLLECTION
|

|
Customer must present order acknowledgement receipt to the counter upon collection of goods. We will inform you via call or email once the order is ready to collect.
Self-collection must be made, 5 business days after payment and within 14 days, at our office (2 Pandan Avenue, Foh Foh Building, Singapore 609382).
Should there be any unforeseen circumstances that the customer is not able to collect the goods within 14 days, please call our customer service hotline at +65-62782188 to re-arrange the collection time.

7-DAY WARRANTY

If incorrect products have been sent to you, you must notify us of the error within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange the incorrect goods to be returned to us at no charge to you. The correct goods will be dispatched immediately without extra charges incurred by the buyer. You are required to pay delivery charges if you have ordered the incorrect products and seek for exchange.

We appreciate your understanding that upon return, the goods will be inspected. Credits or refunds issued will be for the item value. Delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
